On July 22, 2012 this video was taken in the treeline area accessed from the highway directly across from the Revelstoke Dam Flood gates and spillway. BC Hydro is allowing over 42,000 cubic metres per second to pour out of the flood gates and down the spillway to allow for snow pack runoff and the rain that has been filling up the reservoir above the dam.
