Kingsway - Police and RCMP Action and arrests

A Burnaby RCMP officer pulled over a small black hatchback on Kingsway across from my building.He used his megaphone asked those in the car to stay in the car - show their hands and to put the keys on the hood of the car and to remain the the car. He went to look into the car and then waited in his car. then 11 other marked and unmarked RCMP and VPD cars came rushing up the street. they stopped traffic on Kingsway between Wilson and Barker. they surrounded the bacl of the car and 6 pulled out their weapons and pointed them at the car there were also 3 K9 units. they instructed the driver to get out and told them no one woudl get hurt if they cooperated. She got out and they asked her walk backwards towards them. they cuffed her. The guns were still pointed at the car. they told the passenger, a man, to get out of the car and back towards them. When he was in custody, they sent the K9 unit to the car and then searched the car. Things seemed to calm down a bit and the police put a couple things into bags and then the two arrested persons into marked Burnbay RCMP cars and all the police left except one car which was waiting for the tow truck. Camera arrived on the scene. There was an accident between two cars nearby after the tow truck arrived also. I took lots of photos.
